Adler Primus, A typical service
This Adler Primus is a customer machine in for service. We see some pretty common items with this model. Mostly related to the typewriter attaching to the bottom of the case. The rubber hold down mechanism is ALWAYS toast. Delicious, delicious toast. The rubber feet at the bottom of the case are readily missing along with the felt cover for the rectangle typewriter feet, resting on the case bottom. I'm sure by now, you've taken the hint that these inexpensive Mercury typewriters are simple, easy to use typewriters. Not fancy, just work. We buy them from the interwebs to clean then tune them up.
