The most unassuming typewriters come into the shop and delight me with pleasant surprises. This customer’s Smith-Corona Classic 12 Typewriter is in the shop for some general service and a new J. J. Short platen.
I love the enormous and tall type face called Speech-Riter No. 29, 6 cpi. Such a lovely machine.
