Ever wonder how the Puget Sound Typewriter Enthusiasts Calendar is made?
Well, it all starts with a Facebook group here in the Pacific Northwest. A private group that concentrates on everything typewriters.

Sometime in September each year Heidi Newitt asks the group for high quality photos from the current year. We all know how folks LOVE snapping photos of cats, dogs and of course (our true love) typewriters.
Heidi (located in Switzerland) curates all the submissions. You never know which get selected, as who doesn’t like pleasant surprises?

After Heidi selects the twelve winners, she asks Jeanine our favorite graphic designer (located in West Grove, PA) to create the graphics and get the calendar ready for the printer. They both go over the details to create a quality calendar.
Usually around late November, and once Heidi and Jeanine are satisfied, the calendar is sent to a local printer Blue Sky Printing (located in Poulsbo, WA).
We print a limited amount each year so you know you are getting a one of a kind bit of typewriter art. At the shop, we sell and mail them. We almost always sell out by the end of December.
